Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, refine and improve our product vision and value proposition.
Market research, analysis, competitive advantage, value creation/differentiation and go to market support
Create a product culture aligned with our core values: Work with R&D to develop a transparent and collaborative product development process based on agile principles.

Effectively position products for all markets and all buyer types.
Seek new market opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive competence in brining novel and disruptive technology and products to our markets.
Evaluate market trends, product industry and competition strategies to provide recommendations on product pricing and positioning.
Discover and validate market problems (both existing and future customers).
Work collaboratively with Product Development, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure our products resonate with customers increasing impact to sales volume, customer base and marketing penetration.

Develop packaged capabilities from existing assets for go to market and sales campaigns
Determining and ensuring profitability of proposed capability via pricing activities

Support analyst briefings to position EXL capabilities and increase market awareness
Define and document capabilities, perform user acceptance testing and client documentation for successful product strategy execution
Define requirements for and design solutions for contemporary data and analytics products across healthcare market segments
Discover the needs of prospective customers (brokers, employers, providers, patients, pharmaceutical, payers, insurers, etc.) that EXL Data & Analytics is uniquely positioned to address.
The role will involve meeting with senior client executives at Director, VP, CXO levels (for Data Management, BI, Advanced Analytics, Analytics-led Digital) with prospects/clients, understanding their pain-points, designing high-impact ‘demonstrable’ solutions, and most importantly, following up hot leads to a winning closure
Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience
Work seamlessly with other teams including Analytics, Clinical, Sales, Account Teams, and Technology.
Drive the product organization towards agile framework
Support sales and solutions team in client pursuits
Requirements12 plus years’ experience in healthcare industry
Entrepreneurial and pioneering with outstanding strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
Must have demonstrated track record of successfully leading product management or services or development in health care industry
Proven ability to create compelling frameworks to develop and validate product theses based on extensive primary and secondary research.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
Possess a data driven and creative mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
Must have demonstrated effective collaboration in matrixed or highly cross-functional business settings
Create a compelling vision – established a clear strategic vision and inspires passion for Illumina’s mission by promoting innovation, leveraging industry expertise, and creating a competitive advantage in the market

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree, MBA / Masters strongly preferred
12+ years industry experience within US healthcare; preferably working across providers, employers, brokers, pharma and payer stakeholders/environments
5 plus years of product management or similar relevant experience
CSPO and Healthcare Certifications preferred
Experience in any of the following areas: Population Health, Provider Analytics, Interoperability, FHIR, Payer Analytics, Data Management, Care Management and Predictive Modeling
Deep Knowledge on Claims & Payments Lifecycle in US Healthcare
Experience in Cloud & NLP Technologies (Preferred)
Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning Experience will be beneficial
Clinical Informatics/ Coding experience will be beneficial
Healthcare product development or services or consulting experience beneficial
