AccioJob is a startup by IIT Delhi Alumni and funded by Y Combinator.
We charge ZERO till you get placed, in fact, you have to pay only after you get the first month's salary. We have more than 1500 students now and have placed students at an average package of 8.3 LPA. Our students are working at some of the top tech companies like Amazon, Walmart, MakeMyTrip, Salesforce, PayTm, etc.
Through our ‘PRATIGYA’ initiative, we will contribute part of the course fee towards training women on full-stack web development and get you placed in product-based companies. It is the perfect opportunity for women to kick start their tech careers or change their career domain to software development.

Takeways
India tops the world in producing female graduates in STEM, but ranks 19th in employing them. 40% of science graduates in India are women. We, at AccioJob, are on a mission to support women and change the uneven ratio in the tech industry.
The course aims towards making you equipped with the knowledge and skills that are in demand or needed to make you job-ready. With the Pratigya initiative we will be contributing Rs. 5 Cr. towards training 2000 women in tech in 2022 (AccioJob to bear Rs. 25k for each girl completing their training and getting placed).
