Preparing for the session
First, you provide your profile information, including your latest resume, your career goals AND the companies that you want to highlight in your job application.
FloCareer will then identify an interviewer who will conduct your video interview and send you online technical assessments before the interview.
You will also receive guidelines on how to prepare for the interview, based on the type of job you’re applying for. If you are applying for a programmer’s job, then the interview will contain questions about programming. But don’t worry, you will have already received a list of questions to prepare you for the same.
Duration
The video interview is for one hour, of which the last 10-15 minutes will involve counselling and mentoring based on your performance.
