1. Bijal Kothari, Founder, Finesco Training Solutions

A Mother, facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Alternate Healing enthusiast and psychic reader. Bijal has over 12 plus years experience in Banking, Financial markets, HR and working with young creative minds. 

She has worked with top companies like Citibank, Thomson Reuters, Talerang, Presidency University and presently BMSIT&M and NITTE Meenakshi.

Bijal founded Finesco Training Solutions in January, 2022 with an objective to help rural students enhance their employability skills and connect with women who require help to start/restart their careers. Mentorship and gender inclusiveness are a part of the agenda @ Finesco. 

2. Rajat Vashishta, Founder Resumod.in & GetsetResumes.com

Since 2011, Rajat has founded multiple businesses centered on Resume Writing. 

He has pioneered apps, new services and various presentation models to deliver high impact narratives that help job-seekers, including citations for civilian awards by the Government of India. Rajat’s businesses have been recognized by top-tier media houses including Economic Times, Times of India, Dainik Jagran, Bhaskar Live, and YourStory. Today, Rajat is building new analytical tools that can push job seekers into the right direction through AI based pathfinding.

3. Nivedita Chandra, CEO, ValueMined Technologies

A computer science gold medallist, IIM Calcutta alumni, Digital & People Strategy specialist, Leadership Coach - Nivedita Chandra, CEO at ValueMined Technologies, spent 20 years perfecting the art and science of management consulting and people development at global consulting firms before she took a leap of faith in the direction of her purpose. 

Leveraging the synergies of both her consulting and leadership coaching experience, she created INNERMINED.COM – to help people think better and create a better future for themselves, the organizations they work for, and the communities they live in.

Over the last 20 years, Nivedita has worked with clients like Fortune 500 Clients and leaders in various industries: Consulting, Automobile, Manufacturing, Banking, Educational, Technology, & Logistics sector; across 5 continents: USA, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Germany, Sweden, France, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore & India.

Currently one of her social impact projects is Coaching for scale for women aligned to UN SDG 2030. 

Nivedita loves making a difference in people’s lives. Human potential hidden or chained by mindsets, beliefs of self, intrigue her and she continues to explore scientific and spiritual ways to unlock it. 

4. Aarthi Venkatesh, Freelancer & Independent Consultant

Aarthi is a Social Media Strategist, a Resume Expert, and a writer at large who helps brands and people communicate effectively. After working on leading brands of the country like OnePlus, ITC, NIVEA, IFB and IBM amongst many at Ogilvy & Schbang, Aarthi is now a full-time freelancer who works independently with various brands, creators and people.

Shyla Krishnamurthy, Lifepreneur, Life Coach,  Leadership & Executive Coach

Shyla is a Lifepreneur working on people welfare since her childhood and donning various hats as a Life Coach, Leadership & Executive Coach, Women Empowerment Enabler, a trained Carnatic and Western Vocalist, a licensed Zumba Instructor and many more.

She has worked in diverse and multicultural geographies across Europe, US and India. She conducts 121 Coaching for individuals,mainly Women and Children and also various Power Packed and Impactful Transformational programs on various public platforms, Schools, Universities, Corporates and for Business Leaders.

She is a recipient of "India Inspirational Women Award under Education Training & Development category and "Inspiring Lifepreneur of the year 2020" award by IIWA.
