Ravnit began her career at Aditya Birla Capital beginning with 3 years as IT-PMO with SunLife Financials. She moved to ABSLI in 2011 and has been there since serving at multiple levels. She is currently heading IT Project Management Office, IT Audit/ Risk and IT Budgetary controls. She plays an important role in enabling excellence in the management of IT Projects aligned to the company's Business strategy. She ensures standardized Project Management processes and performance measures for structured approach to delivery of IT projects. She enables creating an environment that facilitates best-in-class proficiency in managing IT Audits/ Risks and IT Budgetary controls. She likes to wear the ‘process hat’ and ensures a blend of project management theory and realism in practice for maintaining a right balance between business priorities and established processes.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her two kids. Something which not many people know about is Mathematics is a subject close to her heart. She loves teaching Maths to her children. She is a very organized, meticulous and a caring individual.

According to her, ABC provides a sense of belongingness to every employee and personally for her, it’s an extended family. ABC has supported her in independently managing various professional and personal challenges. She is very passionate about her work.She firmly believes that careful planning and disciplined execution approach can be game-changers in project implementations. The same principle can even apply in our personal lives to manage day-to-day activities. She is very proud of the fact that she laid the foundation of the first IT Project Management Office in ABSLI in 2012, nurturing it over the years to bring it to the current matured and stable state.
