She has successfully conducted workshops on Image Management, Communication skills, Business Etiquette and Leadership Development across industries and has trained thousands of professionals with consistent ratings of 4.5/5 or above in all her workshops and coaching assignments.

Nitu is a certified Executive Coach in John Mattone’s Intelligent Leadership Coaching process. John Mattone is the world’s top authority on Intelligent Leadership (IL), world’s top Executive Coaches and Former coach to Steve Jobs. She is also a certified Personal Branding coach from London Image Institute, USA in Advanced Image Skills and Professional Development and also a Dale Carnegie certified trainer. She has also served as the General Secretary of the India Chapter of AICI (Association of Image Consultants International, USA) and has a global presence in the Image Industry.

Nitu is a visiting Image consultant to Vistara (Airline) and a catalyst in the airline`s staff branding. She has been the master trainer for Femina Believe Academy (Times group). Some of her other esteemed clients are Indian Oil, Aditya Birla Group, Gelderma(Nestle Group), Bank of America, Grant Thornton, Times Pro, JW Marriott, Pullman Hotel, Taj Mahal Hotel, Greenlam Industries, Valtech, DIMTS Ltd, BIBA, MediaTek, Macmillan Education, etc., She has been invited as a speaker by educational institutes like LPU, IHM`s, Apeejay Group of Institutes, etc and various business forums on “Building your personal brand” and “Women Empowerment”.

In 2000 she started her professional journey as a Cabin Crew with Jet Airways which taught her one of the biggest lessons, early in her career that “People Buy People”. Her diligence and consistency, allowed her to rise in the management and take over key roles in L&D, Image Management, Performance, Operations and Recruitment across various departments within airline from 2007 till 2014.

In 2015, Nitu founded Empower Image, a Corporate Training and Coaching firm where she has successfully trained more than 6000 people with over 200 workshops conducted for various MNC`s, PSU`s and private firms including 500 fortune companies.

As a mother of twin boys, a wife, daughter and a coach to many professionals, she believes that nothing can dim the light that shines from within and when things change inside you, things change around you. Hence, she aims to contribute to other people’s lives by empowering them in their work and personal space through result-based coaching and training to help them break their limiting mindsets.
