Shafina Akbar has been with Aditya Birla Capital for the past 9 yrs. Under Aditya Birla Capital, she heads the Credit Administration & Branch Operations at Aditya Birla Finance Limited. She is a Chartered Accountant & has managed 3 different roles in her stint with ABFL. In the current role, she manages credit administration for Institutional & Emerging business and branch operations for Mortgage & Retail – Secured business. She is glad to have had the opportunity to take on challenging roles which have defined her career path at ABC. Shafina enjoys engaging with people from different functions to drive common objectives & achieve business goals.

Shafina is an ardent follower of Stephen Covey & practices the lessons from ‘7 habits of highly effective people’. According to her, being proactive & beginning with the end in mind is the best way to problem solving.
