Rupa Mogaveera is Vice President -Business Operations in Aditya Birla Capital – Health Insurance. In her two and half years stint with ABC, she has been instrumental in setting up of scalable operations for Customer and Distributor on-boarding and servicing. In her role, she is also responsible for ensuring seamless service experience enabling customer retention.

With a rich and diverse experience of over two decades in Financial Services, Rupa is a seasoned professional who has played key roles in the start- up operations for Kotak Life, Metlife, Bharti AXA and CignaTTK. She has been responsible for transforming and scaling up of operations for HDFC ERGO, one of the leading general insurance companies in India. Her expertise lies in designing operating models and service strategy implementation. She is very passionate about resolving complex problems and finding sustainable solutions that enhance the standards of service delivery.

Rupa prides herself to be a part of the ABC family as it has provided her the freedom to explore her professional interests. She appreciates the no nonsense leadership that focuses on doing business with a purpose. When she is not working, Rupa enjoys reading books by her favourite author Jeffrey Archer. She is a complete movie buff and admits to binge watching whenever the time permits. Another interesting side of Rupa that not many know about is that she is a coin collector or Numismatics.
