He is also an expert in delivering strategic results within rapidly growing MNC’s through ramp ups, ATS implementation, innovative hiring strategies, policies & process creation, analytics and more. While being wholly committed to building diversity, inclusion & belonging, and employer branding, his core expertise also revolves around workforce planning, people management, and leadership hiring.
