Job Description/ Position Description -
As part of the team you will be responsible for the primary administration of all complex server farms and provide highest level of technical advice on Server Management, Project Delivery, Solutions, Architecture and consulting.Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities -As a Hardware Asset Management Analyst you are expected to be responsible for liaising with the various support teams and the client in order to ensure that the desired results are attained within agreed timelines. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Deliver the Configuration function against defined service levels.
• To ensure the accuracy of data held in the CMDB.
• To action updates to the CMDB in a time house manner.
• To initiate audits to an agreed schedule.
• Process Audit results, action amendments, produce SLA reports for Hardware.
• Produce Software Audit information, process results, and produce SLA reports for Software.

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience in logging Service Requests and support teams in managing the configuration environments in the centralized CMDB.
- Experience in change process management in maintaining asset throughout the life-cycle in the clients environment.
- CMDB Mgmt
- BMC Remedy (ITSM)
- Flexera
- Power BI, Oracle Datascience
- License Management.
