As part of the team you will be responsible for the full administration of all complex server farms and provide highest level of technical advice on Server Management, Project Delivery, Solutions, Architecture and consulting.
Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities -• Daily Operating System /Application alert handling and response/troubleshoot/reassigning to correct group
• Adherence to customer established SLA's
• Troubleshoot the alerts based on the work instructions.
• To co-ordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Daily health checks of the Application supported.
• Periodic and timely updation of tickets with proper log comments
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution

- Ensure Production batch schedules start and complete on time and within SLA's
- Managing Change, Incidents and Service requests
- Perform pre and post EOD communication to customer.
- Identify and fix common batch issues, and Escalate appropriate issues to relevant Teams
- Escalate batch failure, long running job to relevant team as per Documentation.
- Knowledge on Basic batch Scheduling will be preferred.
- Mainframe Batch Operations will be add-on (not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to Work 24/7 support in rotational shiftTechnologies required:/ Selected Skills -
