- As part of the team you will be responsible for the full administration of all complex server farms and provide highest level of technical advice on Server Management, Project Delivery, Solutions, Architecture and consulting. You are responsible for development and delivery of comprehensive technical solutions and supporting infrastructure required in a combination of business sectors and technical domains. You will provide technical expert support and mentoring to Operations groups supporting Clients and are positioned as technical experts in projects facilitating solution design and execution of implementation.
- As a technical lead in our team, you will join an existing group of senior technology professionals, bringing your specialized domain expertise to bear on current infrastructure operations work, and will further be called upon to act as the prime technical interface for a variety of initiatives supporting our clients.

- As part of the team your expertise and knowledge will be driving the resolution of Critical incidents
- Should able to drive and provide technical assistance for Critical and High Incident (whenever technical expertise is required for resolution)
- Should able to lead and drive major crisis/complex outages/complex implementations
- Should be able to own and monitor complex and high risk changes from conceptualizing to implementation
- Evaluate the new tools and technologies and work on POC
- Find areas of automation in order to easy daily/repeatable tasks and provide technical assistance on automation solution.
- Should participate in DR - Plan, implement or real DR scenario.
- Provide and assist account SME in finding root cause and resolution of high / critical issues.
- Understand/escalate the technical risks associated with each aspect of the service and/or projects for the account
- Creation of process and Standard Operation Procedures to improve quality and effectiveness of Service Delivery
- Identify opportunities to increase the Revenue streams by increasing scope and farming opportunities
- Effectively communicate technical answers to questions customers may have regarding the solution
- Will be required to participate on Due diligence activities and consultation for new deals, major transformation activities.
- Will be involved in the transitioning of new clients and services to India
- Assist in development of solution bill of materials (BOM) where required
- Steward the implementation of technical solutions from design through implementation into operations
- Contribute to development of an annual plan which provides the client a view on the current state of their infrastructure and provides detail necessary for IT planning and continuous service improvement
- Will be supporting the North American Clients and will be required to work during the EST Business Hours
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 15 Years of formal education from reputed institutions
- 9- 15 years of experience on Wintel technologies, AD and virtualization. Should have experience working with cloud infrastructure in the last 2 - 3 years
- In Depth troubleshooting knowledge of Virtualization- Vmware and Hyper V
- Should have knowledge of cloud environment – Migration or support related activities, building workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of AD and Directory services, ADFS, ADCS
- Excellent command on Standalone CAs, Enterprise CAs, Policy CAs, Certificate templates, certificate management, web enrollment, auto-enrollment, certificate policies, certificate and CRL repositories
- Knowledge of PKI will be an advantage
- Good understanding of networking methodologies.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting languages such as MS-DOS batch, VB, HTA, Powershell.
- Knowledge of Automation and tools – Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
- Knowledge of SAN fabric infrastructure
- Knowledge of Enterprise Storage concepts
- Core Primary Skills: Wintel, Virtualization (Hyper V, Vmware ) Active Directory and Directory services
- One or more Secondary Skills : Azure/ AWS Cloud , Storage, Network Concepts, Citrix, Exchange, Storage, Data Protection
- Good to Have skills: Scripting knowledge (Powershell, CLI, VB), Automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), Orchestration.
