Talent Acquisition and Management:
Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
Developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
Implement and maintain robust onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
Designing and managing performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluation, and professional development plans
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serving as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination
Promoting a positive work environment by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities
Monitoring employee satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance employee morale and motivation
Compensation and Benefits:
Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
Conducting market research and analysis to ensure the organizations compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Overseeing the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and retirement plans
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with relevant changes and developments
Establishing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Mitigating HR-related risks by implementing effective policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
8- 10 years of proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
