Job Description
We are looking for a person who can work from home for our start-up e-commerce company to attend calls, respond to mails and do all dispatch related documentation. Should have basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills. Will have to co-ordinate with internal teams based on the job responsibilities. Need to speak English and Hindi fluently.Need to respond to calls & emails from 9 am to 7 pm
Co-ordination with backend teams regarding shipment and delivery.
Should be able to handle basic documentation work with MS Excel and MS Word.
Shipment scheduling, label generation & managing prints remotely.
Raising tickets and resolving the same by coordinating with respective teams.
Should have Laptop and Internet connection. Looking for long term contract.
Preference would be given to candidates who are Pet enthusiast, as this business is related to the pet industry.
